Return Policy – Important Notice

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions can be made to this policy.

Returning a Product

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be unused.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.

Damage Due to Personal Use

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Misuse

• Negligence

• Improper handling

Only manufacturing defects are covered under our return policy.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear

• Lingerie

• Other sealed hygiene items (once opened)

How to Start the Return Process

To request a return, please email us at support@blairandivy.com and include the following information:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• A photo of the item, if it has been damaged

• Your contact information

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please:

• Double-check your bank or card account.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to Asia.

Shipping costs start at $25 and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

• If the same issue occurs with the replacement, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time they are placed due to our automated processing system.
